We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly enthusiastic Recruiting Intern to join the Human Resources Department to help attract the best talent. The ideal candidate enjoys taking initiative, has strong project management skills, detail orientated, and has a can-do attitude. We’re looking for someone who loves meeting new people and has excellent follow up, decision-making and prioritization abilities. If you’re able to shift gears quickly, toggling between long-term positions and immediate needs with ease we want to hear from you!
During Your Internship You Will
• Assist in hiring process from interview to start date - from creating job descriptions and gathering feedback from hiring managers to conducting reference checks
• Act as primary communication point with applicants and candidates from initial contact point to offer
• Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent using tools like LinkedIn and job boards
• Communicate effectively and periodically with hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.)
• Participate on various Human Resources / Recruiting project initiatives.
• Respond to ad hoc requests to support Albanian HR Solution’s recruiting efforts
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision and keeping deadlines
• Strong communication, project management, and critical thinking skills
