Aleat Sh.p.k., is an Albanian Joint Venture company of Morpho (previously Sagem Sécurité) and the Albanian - American Enterprise Fund (AAEF).
For our organization we are looking for a:

Maintenance Administrator M/F​

SUMMARY

He/she is responsible to administrate the system and ensure the maintenance of entire system according to the documentation and rules.
He/she is responsible for supporting the day-to-day security and ALEAT Information technology. He reports directly to the IT Manager or his/her immediate supervisor.
He/she assists IT manager with the implementation of the Security Policy and support employees regarding any security issues. He/she operates directly on Central Site (and/or Disaster Recovery site if required), and remotely on enrolment/delivery sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the implementation of operating system security controls (Windows Local GPO for enrolment workstations and Active Directory GPO for ALEAT central system)
• Manage all the users and groups' accounts for operating systems and administration tools.
• Install and configure all the computers and applications– domain Active Directory, servers and workstations (operating systems, Active Directory and DNS, And Company COTS applications)
• Manage operating system security features on different platforms (Windows XP, Windows 2003 server, AIX and Linux Red Hat).
• Install and configure all administration applications (Nagios monitoring, antivirus, central syslog server, McAfee ePO, WSUS, MS SCCM, etc…)
• Install and configure and administrate the SAN.
• Configure the backup configuration files (LUNs to backup)
• Modify the backup configuration through the backup/restore administrative interface.
• Responsible in case of backup problem, or restore operation.
• Create and restore system images from computers configured.
• Update and patch all the computers and applications (operating systems, drivers, ALEAT applications, databases, administration tools etc…) and create new system images.
• Repair the files infected by viruses, worms, trojans, etc…
• Responsible of the management (storage, activation, configuration, de-activation) of all spare equipment.
• Re-load all the configuration files in the equipment stored on the SAN (previously restored from tape reader by the database operator).
• On request of the IT Manager, audit the user activities on the operating systems, equipment, applications and databases.
• Send messages to the operators (news, general information).

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• University degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information systems or in relevant disciplines.
• Preferred three years experience in system administrations or database administrations, network or relevant fields.
• Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to take initiatives.
• A commitment to quality and high level ad self-organization.
• Computer literacy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work on team.
• Fluent Albanian and English, both spoken and written.
