POSITION: HOSTESS
DEPARTEMENT: FOOD AND BEVERAGE

REPORTING TO:RESTAURANT MANAGER/ FLOOR MANAGER

DESCRIPTION:

1-Receives the client, greets him at the arrival and the departure, puts all personal belongings of the client in a safe place (coats, umbrella, file)
Serves the client with courtesy.
2-Carries out the tasks given to him by his superior such as clearing the table and offering the beverages. Return objects to their original places and change the sheets.
3-Carries out a high quality service, being alert coming to the help of the client and responding to his needs.
4-Proceeds to the billing on the cash register respecting the procedures.
5-Has a perfect knowledge of the menu and the dish of the day.
6-Insures a perfect relationship with the other services.
7-Applies the continuos professional formation and punctual.
8-His poise will be irreproachable: standing up without kneeling with out any body order with clean hands and nails and dressed hair, discreet jewelry, no earrings for men and no colorful nail varnish, does not eat nor drink nor smoke in the working area.
9-Respects the imposed measures of productivity, prices and other charges that should not exceed the limit fixed by the budget.
10-Respects his working hours.
11-Respects the preventive process to prevent accidents therefore keeps the floor dry.
12-Respects the hygiene that currently conforms with the legislation and advises his superior of all unusual incidents.
13-Respects the objectives fixed by the management of the company.
