[FONT=&quot]SALES ENGINEER[/FONT]​
[FONT=&quot]JOB DESCRIPTION:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]As a member of our proactive, customer oriented sales team, which offers continuous education and development and working in an international environment, will be responsible for the following activities:[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Establishing and maintaining new and existing long-term relationships with customers; [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Managing and interpreting customer requirements;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs; [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Negotiating tender and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Offering after-sales support services; [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Coordinating sales projects; [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Providing pre-sales assistance and product education; [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Providing training and producing support for other members of the sales team.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Managing the local office in Albania and logistics.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: [/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]University degree in technical sciences ([/FONT]IT, telecommunication or electronics[FONT=&quot]) or business administration/finance;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent communication, team working, and presentation skills;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]The ability to build relationships with clients quickly;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Sound judgment, proactive, problem solving skills, and good business sense; [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Willingness to travel frequently in Albania and periodical travelling to Kosovo and Macedonia;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience with project management;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]IT basic knowledge and administration basic knowledge is a must;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]2-3 years’ work experience;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Fluent English, driving license.[/FONT]
