Head of Network / Region​


Purpose of work:

Head of Network / Region is responsible for:

- Portfolio growth
- Number of loans disbursed
- Volume disbursed
- New loans disbursed
- Staff turnover rate

Head of Network / Region is responsible to ensure the achievement of objectives on sales activities via optimal planning. Also is responsible for ensuring the network's profitability & effectiveness and for supporting and advising the sales force in daily activities.
Head of Network / Region is responsible to ensure the branch network profitability, sales force staff compliance with NOA’s processes and procedures and providing technical support to NOA’s sales force staff.
Head of Network / Region should have active participation in formulation of the business strategy, as well as the action plan and the budget, in line with the overall company’s strategy and policies.
The Head of Network / Region is responsible to monitor and ensure the quality of sales force; also is responsible to ensure the competitiveness, professionalism and effectiveness of our branch network.

Main responsibilities

1. Monitor key performance indicators of Branch Managers and sales force staff. Propose solutions to improve.
2. Implement and monitor business plan for the branches network to achieve budgeted objectives through proactive business activities, service and cross selling.
3. Set the branches strategy to match with overall company’s objectives.
4. Gives feedback on the performance of each branch in terms of Sales Activities
5. Close follow up to branches performance and take immediate action in case of any deviations or exceptions.
6. Maximize performance of Branch Managers and their teams by identifying development and training needs, and ensure coaching or training sessions. Coach, train and support in field Branch Managers and other sales force staff.
7. Review branches audit reports and give instructions for rectifications.
8. Identify potential locations, relocations, expansion, remodeling and on-going maintenance for branches
9. Hold regular meetings with branch managers to share experiences & provide them with direction & guidance.
10. Monitor service standards and ensure competencies
11. Monitor/Review branch operational rhythm and effectiveness of operating opening hours to ensure maximum efficiency, optimal business potential and improved competitiveness.
12. Identify competitive threats and opportunities, and lead development of action plans with other business areas to address.
13. Suggest improvements about branch image and facilities in order to compile with NOA’s standards of image and marketing.
14. Is part of training team related with sales force. Also develop training programs in order to improve the professional skills of sales force.


Requirements:

1. University Degree;
2. Preferably 3 years in a similar position;
3. Experience in sales preferably in banking system;
4. Excellent ability in dealing with people, leadership, motivation and communication;
5. Strong professional ethic and innovative customer service;
6. Good skills in analyzing data and figures;
7. Ability to understand financial products and regulations for the legal aspects of crediting;
8. Business-oriented and ability to manage sales and marketing activities, training and managing employees.
