We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Retail Assistant Manager.
Overall Job responsibility:
- demand planning
- product selection
- management of goods for overall retail network
- transport management (warehouse->stores)
- operational management of new store opening
- assortment filling (stores)
- management of conducting store inventories
- involvement in sales campaign preparation
- back office administration&help-desk: activities, store accounts, employee accounts, cash registers, technical operations, file management - within programs used
- complaints management
Qualifications:
A university degree in Business is preferred; a minimum of 2 year of related experience. Influencing, persuading, coaching skills. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Good oral and written communication skills in English and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
