· [FONT=&quot]Te suportoje dhe te jete pergjegjes per administrim te sistemeve dhe ambienteve IT te [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]pre-alokuara dhe pre-dizenjuara per kliente. [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Te veproje dhe performoje ne menyre eficente sipas SLA-ve te caktuara. [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]T’i pergjigjet me shpejtesi dhe eficence incidenteve dhe kerkesave te klienteve.[/FONT]

· [FONT=&quot]Koncepte baze IT per Serverat, sistemet dhe procedurat[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] - Te kete mbaruar arsimin e larte per Tkenologji Informnacioni (e preferueshme)
