• Familiar with VoIP signaling protocols like: SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP.
• Familiar with routing protocols like: RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and IS-IS.
• Familiar with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Able to work with following Operation Systems: Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, Windows7, Windows Server 2000, 2003, and Linux OS.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Able to resolve issues quickly.
