Lindner Bulgaria EOOD subsidiary of Lindner Group as a General Contractor of our new project in Albania is currently in search of the right candidate for the position:
• Drafter
Requirements: Graduate Diploma in Architecture and Urban Planing and at least 3 years of working experience mainly like Landscape Architect
• Very good command of technical English, German is an advantage
• Knowledge of current regulations governing the design and construction process;
• detailed, design expertise in finishing and processing of metals
• Detailed knowledge relating to standards of construction and workmanship.
• Extensive experience in working with CAD (Computer-Aided-Design)
• Experience in the use of different CAD- programs
Reliable and fast handling of figures and ability to work in a team and in collaboration with other teams.
