Tirane, ofroj vend pune Internship Lab Project Manager
The project manager will build communication bridges with universities and labor market companies. He/she will be responsible for formalizing the internship placements and identifying the students who will match those placements. The project manager will communicate with universities for the monitoring and evaluation of students’ performance and coach the universities in this process. He/she will coordinate with the company/organization to develop scopes of work for the interns and ensure that the intern is getting the amount of support necessary to conduct his/her task. The project manager will be the direct supervisor of the interns and make sure they are briefed correctly. The project manager will prepare reports on the progress of the internship program. The Internship Project Manager will be an integral part of Protik staff and assist in other aspects of managing the Center when necessary. He/she will be involved in projects related to technical skills improvement for youth.
Successful candidates will have a university degree, at least two years of project management experience, and at least one year of experience with internships, career management, recruitment or the like. Successful candidates should have a background in ICT and/or very good knowledge of ICT. He/she will have very good communication skills oral and written both in English and Albanian, and very good presentation skills. Experience in working with universities, a master’s degree and/or experience with 3D printers, and CNC milling machines will be considered an advantage. A good professional network of ICT companies and/or institutions will be considered a distinct advantage.
