"Divitech" is searching for an IT who has excellent knowledge in software and hardware. An Ideal candidate must have:
• (5) years experience in performing similar functions.
• Experience in Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8, configuration, backup and restoration.
• Windows Server 2003-2008-2012 admin experience
• Familiarity with Network Equipment, switches, routers, cable patching and management
• Familiarity with Office LAN, wireless and broadband and WAN connectivity
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in supporting remote users, virus and malware detection and repair.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, SharePoint, etc
• High comfort level with operating office equipment: printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, and other paper binding/cutting equipment.
• Ability to teach and train end users directly.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical language to non-technical end users.
• Strong customer service skills to support end users.
