Our client Diagnostic Center IKEDA is a private medical institution, who started out as the first and only specialist diagnostic center in Albania. Together with Euromedica Albania, a Greek medical company they are considering the expansion of their activities. In order to realize its plans for business development our client seeks outstanding professionals for the following positions:
Executive Director
Based: Tirana
The jobholder will report to the Board of Shareholders and the Head Office in Greece. He/she will have full responsibility and leadership for the overall financial management and accounting in accordance with statutory and company requirements; will actively participate in the Board of Directors in realisation of the short, middle and long term business strategy and budget for IKEDA; create an environment of continuous improvement that will foster physicians and staff collaboration, enhance revenues, control costs, and improve overall performance; supervise the preparation of financial reports for the local authorities, the Board of Shareholders and Head Office in Greece (in corporate format); coordinate and control the preparation of the annual operational and capital budgets; support planning and development of capacity expansion projects and to guide the development of services for new facilities; ensure compliance with all appropriate regulations; manage and supervise the work of the Chief Accountant and his/her team.

· University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Healthcare (Masters and especially a Master in the Healthcare management or MBA will be an advantage)
· 3-5 years previous experience in a similar position (in healthcare would be an advantage)
· Knowledge of IFRS
· Excellent leadership, organizational, coordination and negotiation abilities
· Strong ability to identify and pursue prospective business opportunities
· Strategic and creative thinker willing to take appropriate risk
· Mature personality with ability to create and manage a successful team
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and local accounting software packages
· Fluent English (Greek language will be an asset)
