A prestigious law firm seeks a licensed attorney.
Job Profile!
• Drafting legal documents
• Representing the firm before administrative boards and courts
• Structuring commercial enterprises with other organizations
• To consult and handle all legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents);
• To have valuable practicing experience of the Albanian commercial law;
• To prepare legal briefs, develop arguments, strategy and case presentation;
Candidate Profile:
• Degree in Law;
• Specialization in corporate and commercial law is an advantage;
• 2-3 years of comparable law firm experience.
• Good practicing experience in corporate and commercial law;
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills;
• Energetic individual with good self-motivation skills;
• Commitment to high results;
• Good Command of English language (written and spoken), German language (and other languages) would be an advantage.
