The area of operation of our French company is Customer Relationship Management and E-reputation. Customer relationship management (CRM) is a model for managing a company’s interactions with current and future customers. In order to fulfill our clients requirements we need to hire an Web Manager that will be working in a highly motivated environment.

Responsibilities:

· Website development and management
· Description and creation of the attractive product pages: copywriting, product pictures and rich media as well as presentation of technical information
· Commerce and e-marketing coordination
· Web loyalty program development
· Building and following main web performance indicators as well as financial indicators Animation of e-mailing campaigns database of customers and prospects
· Making reports on performance indicators on the regular basis.

Qualifications:

· Higher education
· Experience of more than 2 years
· Internet and technologies (HTTP, DNS, TCPIP, batch management, CMS - content management system etc.
· good knowledge of HTML, PHP, JAVA, .NET, JAVASCRIPT, MySQL
· Fluent English or French (oral and written)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Result oriented attitude
