[FONT=&quot]Terre des hommes – child relief, Delegation in Kosovo, seeks to recruit a Deputy Country Representative in the frame of the merging of the two country offices Albania and Kosovo.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:[/FONT][FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The Deputy Country Representative stands in for the Country Representative during his/her absence and, by delegation, manages/coordinates all the activities linked to Terre des hommes projects in his/her country of assignment: develop and manage partnerships, planning, checking and evaluating projects, seeking local funding, managing human resources, and finance and administration. The Deputy Country Representative ensures the application and development of the Terre des hommes delegation's intervention strategy, in collaboration with all the parties.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Master degree or equivalent, preferably in management / social sciences;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position, managing projects in the field of child protection and/or human rights;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience in human resource management, fundraising, networking;[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Fluency in written and verbal English & Albanian, Serbian would be an asset[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Demonstrated analytical and communication skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Aptitudes to work autonomously.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]WORKING CONDITIONS: [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Full time work based in Prishtina with local and regional travels, contract based on the current legislation on the work in Kosovo.[/FONT]
