[FONT=&quot]Terre des hommes Foundation is active in Albania since 1993, primarily working in the fields of combating child trafficking, child abuse, neglect and exploitaton and the development of a holistic system of protection for children. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Terre des hommes, in partnership with ARSIS organization, is implemeting the EU funded project ”Enhancing[/FONT][FONT=&quot] a functional, qualitative and coordinated Child Protection Safety Net in Tirana for all children at risk or victims of abuse and violence”, aiming to strengthen the multi-disciplinary case management process and foster the creation of new services for children victims of abuse. [FONT=&quot]Terre des hommes Mission in Albania, in partnership with ARSIS organization[/FONT][FONT=&quot] are seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator [/FONT][FONT=&quot]responsible [/FONT][FONT=&quot]for the coordination of the project [/FONT][FONT=&quot]“Enhancing a functional, qualitative and coordinated Child Protection Safety Net in Tirana for all children at risk or victims of abuse and violence”.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:[/FONT][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Manage and coordinate the EIDHR project “Enhancing a functional, qualitative and coordinated Child Protection Safety Net in Tirana for all children at risk or victims of abuse and violence” in close collaboration with Tdh staff and ARSIS.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Serve as a contact point person for the advocacy and coordination of the activities of the project with ARSIS and other stakeholders;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]In close collaboration with ARSIS, design, build and follow-up the process for ensuring meaningful participation of children and an enabling environment for such engagement[/FONT][FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Coordinate, support and provide trainings, [/FONT][FONT=&quot]coaching, on-job mentoring sessions and peer-learning activities for MDT-s and CPU-s for effective implementation of the existing case management tools [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Qualifications and experiences[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Relevant university degree such as social sciences, law, political sciences[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]At least 5 years of experiences in coordinating projects [/FONT]
- [FONT=&quot]Very good knowledge on Child protection and Child Rights concepts and services[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Track record of advocacy work[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Demonstrated excellent analytical and writing skills in both English and Albanian[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Experiences in training adults[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Abilities in leadership, communication, working autonomously and as part of a team[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The titular will conduct his/ her duties in respect of the Charter of Terre des hommes, the Child Protection Policy and the Convention of the Rights of the Child. [/FONT]
