Essential Job Requirements: [/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]To ensure that the Restaurant Outlet is clean and tidy; set tables as per Restaurant standard prior to guests’ arrival.[/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]Accurately pick-up, record and pre-check all food and beverage orders.[/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]Serve guests their food and beverage in prompt, courteous manner as per standard of service.[/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]Up-sell or promote all specials advertised in the Restaurant. [/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.[/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]To handle guest queries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.[/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]Constant awareness of all the events taking place in the Hotel and services rendered by the Hotel to be able to provide the guests with correct information. [/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]Good knowledge of the cashing system; responsibility for correctly keeping the guest’s account and settling payments.[/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]During low occupancy of the Restaurant, to assist with stocking the work stations and clean them, polishing silverware, china and glassware.[/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]Fluently English and Albanian verbal and written[/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]Additional languages are definitely a plus (German or Italian desirable)[/FONT]
[FONT="]o [/FONT][FONT="]A willingness and ability to serve our demanding clientele[/FONT]
