TPA Horwath Group Central Europe (“CE”) is a dynamic region where standards seem to constantly redefine themselves. Our Financial Advisory team consists of almost 200 professionals covering the 17 countries comprising the region. Our team is a carefully blended mix of highly-experienced local nationals and international experts, all of whom have significant experience both within and outside of our Central European geography. The CE Financial Advisory team’s regional organisation differentiates us from our competitors in that we are one integrated advisory group operating across 17 countries, from the Baltics to the Balkans, able to offer both geography specific and regional solutions. In addition, our team members regularly work outside of the region and have served clients throughout Europe and beyond.
Our Financial Advisory Services
Our Financial Advisory service offering is one of the largest and most comprehensive in the CE region and we have a thorough understanding of the unique operating practices of CE business through hands-on experience with a wide range of companies. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a full range of corporate finance and transaction support services including: mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”), transaction support services, valuation services, non-performing loans (“NPLs”) advisory, business modeling, merger integration, project finance, capital and debt raising, public private partnerships (“PPP”) and corporate restructuring. In addition, our Financial Advisory team has developed specific industry specialisations across the region covering key industry sectors. To complement our regional sector specialisations, we have also formed a dedicated regional Private Equity (“PE”) team to serve the specific needs of PE funds. This team has an outstanding track record in serving PE funds across Central Europe. To enable us to pursue significant opportunities in Central Europe, we will continue to have the need for experienced professionals.
Qualifications and experience
Demonstrated ability to
undertake detailed financial/commercial analysis to identify all key business issues and innovative solutions;
develop existing and new client relationships;
maintain high quality and professional standards;
apply sound negotiation tactics;
make effective presentations;
write clear and concise reports;
prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
Strong team player, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships;
Excellent oral and written communicator (English language); advanced use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages.
Remuneration and level will be commensurate with candidate's experience.
