The candidates must have very good knowledge in:
•Microsoft operating systems and applications suites.
•Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computers based on procedures and manuals.
•Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
•Providing support, including procedural, documentation.
Competencies :
•University degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Systems or in relevant discipline.
•Working with the open source applications is desirable.
•Ability to work under pressure, shifts and team
•Fluent Albanian and English, both spoken and written
•Driving license is a plus
