Sun Petroleum Albania, having the exclusive official distribution license of GULF Oil International in the Balkans region is searching for qualified candidates for:
Regional Manager
Duties and obligations:
1. To notify, control and coordinate the objectives of the area where the gas stations are located;
2. To train and control of Petrol Stations’ staff;
3. To analyze sales’ performance;
4. To make recommendations about promotions and other ways of increasing sales;
5. To train and coach the PS personnel in terms of sales increase and service improvement;
6. To search and attract new clients;
7. To search and recommend about opening/closing stations and additional services on the PS;
8. To direct the Supervising of PS personnel in the region including: Managers, Shift managers and Operators.
9. To monitor and control Technical and Operational Conditions of the PS's in the Region;
Qualifications:
Previous experience in petroleum industry downstream will be considered as advantage
Minimum university degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience in fuel industry (preferable regional manager)
Good Communication Skills
Good computer use skills
Fluency in English
Highly motivated and flexible in time
