German Institute for Professional Studies is a private Institute, raised from a twin project in between German and Albanian partners for the development of professional education in Albania. Our activity will be placed on Paskuqan Municipality (an area, 5 km far from the Skanderbeg square). As we are starting on January 2014, we are urgently searching for a Public relation manager.
What should you have first :
• A bachelor degree in economics, marketing, or related fields
• A fluent English, written and spoken
• A knowledge of proficiency level at office package
• No work experience listed as a requirement (very preferred, indeed)

What will you do :
• Manage public relations of the Institute
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage PR specialists and marketing staff.
• Evaluate and implement sales promotion programs.
• Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve pubic perception of Institute.
• Improve management and employee relations.
• Prepare and publish newsletters and other Institute literature.
• Produce monthly and annual reports on PR status of Institute.
• Release promotion literature about new products.
• Respond to information queries from media and the public parts interested.
• Identify audience for product or service.
• Develop and maintain Institute image and presentations.
• Manage Institute sponsorships.
• Maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials.
• Manage an organization's reputation with the public in general and clients.
• Develop and launch Internet and/or intranet web pages.
• Manage communications budgets.
• Confer with the labor relations managers in order to develop internal communications.
