Aleat Sh.p.k., is an Albanian Joint Venture company of Morpho, previously Sagem Sécurité and the Albanian - American Enterprise Fund (AAEF).

For our company we are looking for:

IT SUPPORT ​
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Installing and configuring computer systems.
  2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  3. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  4. Finding solutions to problems by analyzing the possible problems on the operative system.
  5. Replacing computer parts as required.
  6. Providing support, including procedural documentation.
  7. Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
  8. Running network applications to support systems and end users.
  9. Supporting new applications.
  10. Setting up new users.
  11. Working continuously on a task until proper completion.
  12. Prioritizing and managing between several open cases at one time.
  13. Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with other professionals and/or colleges in order to make necessary repairs.
  14. Testing and evaluating new technologies.
  15. Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment to include operation of Multimeter devices.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
  1. Microsoft operating systems and applications suites.
  2. Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computers based on procedures and manuals.
  3. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  4. Providing support, including procedural, documentation.
  5. Development or applied coding on NET, ASP, C#, ActiveX, PHP, HTML, IIS, J2EE, Java Script, PERL, VB.NET, XML/XSLT, Python etc.
  6. Information or knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  7. E-mail systems, McAfee or other antivirus suites.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  1. University degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Systems or in relevant discipline.
  2. Working with the open source applications is desirable
  3. Ability to work under pressure, shifts and team
  4. Fluent Albanian and English, both spoken and written
  5. Driving license
