National Operation Manager
An International Company, with head office in Tirana, is looking for National Operation Manager.
Requirements:
§ Oversee all the daily operation of his department providing work direction
§ Ability to develop annual operation plan with clearly defined objectives and target market
§ Resolve customer related problems.
§ Sense of urgency in escalating competitive information and market intelligence to Sales and Distribution Manager
§ Working knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
§ Experience providing work direction to staff
Good legal knowledge relating to his activity field
Communication skills in order to communicate effectively with staff and our customer/clients
Strong writing and verbal skill both in English and Albanian
At least 4 years work experience in operation field
