Medical Representative
Job Description
Sales Representative should be responsible for professionally promoting of Alkaloid’s products to healthcare professionals with the goal of achieving sales growth in his/her respective territories.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in medicine / pharmacy / dentistry /biochemistry/, nursing .
• Pharmaceutical sales or previous professional healthcare experience is desired.
• Attitude for learning technical and scientific product related information.
• Demonstrated influencing and selling skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook and database environments.
• Valid Driving license and good driving record.
• Business travel in the countryside.
• Resident in Vlore.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the business relationships with targeted physicians and customers focusing on the promotion of Alkaloid pharmaceutical products.
• Call on physicians and health related organizations within an assigned territory.
• Professionally create, maintain and increase sales within the designated territory by favourably influencing the prescribing habits of the targeted audience.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Alkaloid pharmaceutical products and competitor products to further educate physicians and healthcare providers.
• Arrange and provide continuing education and service to targeted physicians. Work closely with Alkaloid’s corporate marketing and team members to arrange value added programs and educational workshops.
• Develop and deliver informative sales presentations based on individual customer needs to maximize market share of the designated product portfolio.
• Maintain up-to-date database to document sales call information, trends, future call objectives and overall territory performance.
