In order to fulfil internal requirements, ProCredit Bank is looking to contract an external part-time English Teacher.
Job description:
i)Organise English courses for junior and middle management aimed at developing their language skills and improving their level of English from intermediate to upper intermediate
ii)Evaluate junior and middle management’s current level of English and co-ordinate trainings in close collaboration with the Training and Development Sector
Specific details:
1.Prepare the English programme according to the approved programme for each level of English
2.Prepare, administer and correct tests for junior and middle management
3.Evaluate staff and form groups according to their level of English
4.Prepare other materials as needed for the training programme
Requirements:
·The successful candidate shall work at the Bank’s premises in Tirana and at the office of the Training and Development Sector
·The successful candidate shall be flexible with regard to changes in her/his workplace, according to the Bank’s needs
Qualifying criteria:
1.Bachelor’s degree from a foreign university (participation in a master’s programme is an advantage)
2.English native speaker, preferable but not obligatory
3.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position (English teacher at universities or language centres)
4.Very good communication skills
5.Reference letters with addresses and/or contact numbers
Duration:
The contract is for 1 (one) year with the possibility of renewal.
