“Albchrome” Company announces the vacancy position of Human Resource Manager. The job position includes as following:

Job purpose:

The HRM assumes a key role and working closely with the CEO and Operations management, primar responsibilities are to introduce, develop and maintain HR policies and procedures ensuring the company is adhering to applicable laws. This includes having a generalist role with focus in resourcing, training, labour law and manpower planning development.

Key job functions:
  • Guide and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, programs in accordance with company’s objectives, Employment/Labour standards and all the applicable legislation;
  • Overall HR management strategy including workforce planning, recruiting (from Job descriptions, adverts, sourcing, interview, feedback, offer and induction),training & development, sucession planning (implement provisions for motivating, developing and retaining qualified personnel to achieve business goals);
  • Establish and manage relations with external employment agencies;
  • Structure, develop and implement programs and policies in the areas of compensation structures, benefits packages and incentives;
  • Develops the personnel database and draft Performance Management procedures;
  • Develops and monitors the budget and other resources that are for the HR dep.
  • Develops or modifies rules, policies or standards, etc. in accordance with mission, the vision and the company goals, prepares and renovates the plans and the priorities.
  • To be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities of the Human Resources Department.
  • Provides support and advice on HR related issues ensuring corporate policies, processes and procedures are followed; Evaluate human relations and work-related problems and meets with supervisors, managers, and executives to determine effective remediation techniques, such as job skill training or personal intervention, to resolve human relations issues among personnel;
  • Maintains co-operative relations and negotiate with unions and individuals; ensure all staff has written Individual Employment Contracts; counceling, discipline and application of the right termination procedures;
  • Supports managers in dealing with complex people – related issues.
Qualification requirements:
  • BS in Human Resources or a related field / MBA in HR Management highly desirable.
  • 3 - 5 years in the field of HR, preferably in an industrial organization
  • A comprehensive understanding of employee relations.
  • General knowledge of various employment practices and laws;
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities; able to gain commitment;
  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills – able to direct the efforts of a team of diverse HR professionals;
  • Highly preferable are male applicants.
  • Self-confidence, dynamic and strong desire to develop in his career
  • High level of integrity; adapt at building trust and confidence throughout the workforce; adaptable to change;
  • Computer skills in database management
  • English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
