[/FONT][FONT=&quot]· Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
· Define product strategies and road maps
· Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
· Develop sales tools and collaterals
· Develop effective product positioning in the market
· Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
· Develop mid-term plan and financial analyses
· Brief and train sales personnel
· Launch and oversee advertising and media planning
· Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Skills and Qualifications[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]
- University degree ( preferably on business administration or economics)
-Very good oral and written communication skills in English and Italian
-Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
-General knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and procedures, Albanian Company Law, Labor Law, Albanian Law on Accounting
- Very Good Experienced in the use of MS Office.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a strong appreciation of deadlines
- Clear and concise communication skills to differing levels of hierarchy.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.[/FONT]
