• [FONT=&quot]For this challenging task you have the necessary educational background including working experience at the reception, guest relations and/ or having already worked as a concierge for a comparable hotel in Albania or Europe.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Service is your mission and together with our motivated team you will ensure the optimal care for our esteemed guests.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]You find it easy interacting with our international, highly sophisticated guests, to make them fill welcome; to greet with a smile and to ensure the entire stay of our esteemed guests is indeed a pleasurable and memorable one.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]In addition to your confident and representative appearance, you are communicative and have excellent organizational skills.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Very good knowledge of Tirana, its environment and Albania in general is a must.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]You already have user experience with Fidelio[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]You possess complete command of the Albanian and English language; any other languages( especially German and Italian) are definitely an advantage[/FONT]
