[FONT=&quot]Responsibility[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents file and retrieve documents and reference materials[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]arrange and coordinate meetings and events[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]answer and manage incoming calls[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]receive and interact with incoming visitors[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]interact with external clients[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]co-ordinate project-based work[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]
Skills:[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Fluency in written and spoken German Language[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent analytical abilities and writing skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]University degree in foreign language, literature or related fields [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Preferably experience with various tasks related with translation, interpretation, sales, marketing, PR . Previous experience in German speaking countries is considered an asset [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]1-2 years of previous experience is preferred[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to work within a team.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Strong typing skills and Computer (PC) literacy mandatory[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Attention to details[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Effective time management[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Energy and willingness[/FONT]
