[FONT=&quot]Purchasing and Logistics Assistant[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Purchasing and Logistics Assistant works in the Logistics Department and reports to the department Manager and is responsible for[/FONT][FONT=&quot] the efficient performance of procurement and logistics duties in compliance with Belle Air policies and procedures.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Main duties include:
[/FONT]

· [FONT=&quot]Support Procurement process for collecting offers from approved suppliers, and during[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] replenishment process.[/FONT] [FONT=&quot] Liaise with Procurement Officer.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Update and maintain collected offers for repair and maintain Material Requisition file.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Reconcile orders with incoming parts in store. [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Prepare all invoices with necessary documentation for approval and keep records for all incoming and outgoing invoices in logistic department. [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Follow and solve invoice discrepancy. [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Prepare in cooperation with store department and maintain scrap report under supervision and approval of Manager Department.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Support Logistic officer on following shipment from time of order until delivered in store when is necessary. Prepare Repair Orders [/FONT][FONT=&quot]and shipping documentation when is necessary. Liaise closely with Logistics Officer.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Perform AOG orders on time. Manage and track the complete process from ordering it until is delivered in store in coordination with other staff and depart[/FONT][FONT=&quot]ments.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Prioritizes duties according to their deadlines.[/FONT]


[FONT=&quot]Working hours: [/FONT][FONT=&quot] with shifts[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Location:[/FONT][FONT=&quot] Belle Air offices in Rinas, Maintenance department[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Requirement:[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]University Degree. [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Very good knowledge of Windows, MS Excel and MS Word software[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Very good knowledge of English language.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Ability to maintain database using computer software and ability to adapt to additional internal applications.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Ability to interact effectively with all levels of people[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Proactive attention to details and able to handle/prioritize multi task[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Availability to work afternoon shift, flexible in hours to support multi-shift operation. [/FONT]
