We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of IT Support.
Our client is an international brands distributions company operating in Albania. It is one of the successful company in the field of activities it conducts
Role Title: IT Support
Job Status/Type: Full Time Employee
Report to: Specialist IT
Location: Tirana, Albania
The candidates must have very good knowledge in:
-Microsoft operating systems and applications suites.
-Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computers based on procedures and manuals.
-Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
-Providing support, including procedural, documentation.
It is preferred that candidates also have knowledge in:
-Development or applied coding on NET, ASP, C#, ActiveX, PHP, HTML, IIS, J2EE, Java Script, PERL, VB.NET, XML/XSLT, Python etc.
-Information or knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
-E-mail systems, antivirus suites.
Competencies / Skills:
-University degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Systems or in relevant discipline.
-Working with the open source applications is desirable.
-Ability to work under pressure, shifts and team
-Fluent Albanian and English, both spoken and written
