RECEPTIONIST
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
Answers telephone calls, takes messages, and provides general information; answers routine inquiries
Client’s Check/in & Check/out
Performs a variety of typing assignments, drafts basic correspondence, enters data, and prints letters, reports, and/or other materials
Requirements of the position:
Bachelor Degree is a must
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidential information and records
Strong PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
