Responsibilities
· Carry out a number of daily visits to customers in order to arrange for payment of overdue receivables
· Offer customer assistance and alternatives for re-payment
· Follow up on payment arrangements
· Process the assigned portfolio within the defined time frame
· Provide updates on the current status of customers
Qualifications and Skills
· Very good communication and negotiation skills
· Self-confident and assertive manners
· Flexible and easily adapting to different customer groups
· Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
· Target driven
· Computer literate (MS Office & Internet)
· Knowledge of English language is considered a significant advantage
