IceWeb is an Albanian web design company that creates websites for Albanian and foreign clients. We are looking for a Sales Manager who should accomplish the following tasks:
- communicate with the clients online through Live Chat
- answer presales questions and give information about the products, service and conditions
- manage new and existing clients’ accounts
- identify customers’ new needs and issues keeping note of possible problems
- make different payments and minor services for the office
Skills needed:
1. University Degree in Economics (Business Adminsitration)
2. Internet Knowledge (a plus)
3. "Out of the Box" Creative Mind
4. Excellent English language (a must)
5. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
7. Team –oriented person
