Employment Duration: ONE year with possibility of extension
Responsibilities Overview:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and successful implementation of project on which is charged.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Maintains a computerized database of project related information.
2. Responsible for maintaining in good order project files and documentation.
3. Responsible for the implementation of the project Activities in accordance with the project proposal and project budget.
4. Responsible for Writing Project Quarterly & Annual Reports
5. Responsible for writing Activities Proposals for project Activities
6. Preparing Beneficiaries Case Studies
7. Preparing Project Monitoring/ Evaluations/ Assessments
Qualifications, Experience and Requirements
1. University degree (preferably in economic) with experience in Administrative related skills.
2. Well developed interpersonal and team working skills and proven ability of flexibility in demanding situations.
3. Previous work experience, ideally with non-governmental organizations as well as in vulnerable groups like orphans, solitary mothers, poor children, etc, would be an advantage.
4. Report and project proposal writing skills.
5. Very good written and spoken English.
6. Knowledge of another foreign language is an asset.
7. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as intranet system.
8. Knowledge of other computer programs would be an advantage.
9. Willing to travel and work beyond working hours to meet deadlines.
