[FONT=&quot]Ticket Agent provide information over the phone, electronically or in person regarding routes, schedules and fares, process passenger flight reservations and issue tickets. They process passenger requests for hotel reservation, car rentals or other services offered by BelleAir or requested by the passenger, assist passengers who have special needs like extra baggage or special services requests. Keep accurate customer records and inform passengers via phone for any changes occurring to their scheduled flight. Provide related customer services for airline passengers. Keep good relations with customers. Other duties as assigned by supervisor[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Working Conditions[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Airline ticket agents work shifts (including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays) with rotating days off. During vacation seasons and around holidays, they may be required to work overtime. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Requirements[/FONT][FONT=&quot]:[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Related experience in clerical, sales or other public contact positions, [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Ability to speak two or more foreign languages, a good knowledge of geography,[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Keyboarding and computer skills,[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Previous airline experience or post-secondary courses in travel and tourism are an asset,[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Knowledge of Galileo and/or Amadeus is an asset,[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Good communication skills and the ability to remain tactful and courteous at all times,[/FONT]
