[FONT=&quot]To assist company in promoting, selling and implementing the ERP/CRM solutions to customers.(Pre-sales)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Manage the Software Delivery of Company’s ERP/CRM implementations through effective project management, team coordination of Business & Systems Analysts and Application programmers. Project Planning & control of budget vs. spend, time & scope (Delivery)[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]2. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Review and develop if necessary Business Requirements Gathering & Business Process Analysis[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]3. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Review Functional / Technical Design of proposed or to be implemented ERP/CRM solution[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]4. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]IT Project Management for application & software delivery[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]5. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Support in all phases of application build, implementation, configuration, UAT & Acceptance[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]6. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Lead a team of Software Engineer(s), analyst(s) and SW developers on SW deliveries[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]7. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Work closely with product managers / pre-sales engineers or technical people within HORIZON[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]8. [/FONT][FONT=&quot] Work closely with Sourcing Specialist to get delivery times and cost of products/services[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]9. [/FONT][FONT=&quot] Visit Customers if required to deliver / discuss the offer or requirements of the customer[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]10. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Work together with the Tender team to prepare required offers to meet tender requirements[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
