ABCom shpk (ltd) is one of the first Internet Service Providers in Albania. It has more than 10 years activity in this field and is playing an important role on provisioning telecommunication services to business and consumer customers. In view of expanding its presence in Albania, the company is looking for experienced and committed professionals for the following positions:
Call Center Operator
The jobholder will report to the Call Center Supervisor and the main duties include: answer phones to respond to general customer inquires, and customer complaints; project a professional company image through phone interaction; provide support to customers on several company supported services; use company systems to report complaints to appropriate departments; troubleshoot basic problems and determine source, and advise on appropriate action; follow up with customers the resolution of such problems; help customers with simple hardware configurations.
The candidates should fulfill the following criteria:
- Good reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in other languages.
- Ability to work with a rotating shift system
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
- Ability to acquire new skills with on-the-job training.
- Ability to provide on-the-job training to new employees
