Sales Trainer

Main Responsibilities:

• Training all new members of Sales force and ensuring that all the trained persons are able to represent the company and perform all Sales operations
• Deliver training to all Sales force to improve their knowledge base and ability to sell Albtelecom and Eagle Mobile products and services to the customers
• After training period evaluates new members performance and makes the necessary proposals to Management team
• Build strong partnership with all Sales managers and Sales representatives
• Provide tools and training solutions to address any gap in knowledge, competency and skills
• Update periodically the training module with the new products and services launched

Requirements of the position:

• Prior experience in Sales
• Bachelor Degree
• Very good knowledge of English
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to conduct effective and engaging presentations in a variety of delivery formats.
• Skilled at classroom facilitation and managing effective discussion and dialogue to enhance the learning experience in a diverse classroom environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Driving License, available to travel
