[/FONT][FONT=&quot]The Senior Sales Analyst's primary responsibility will be to collect and thoroughly analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities, summarizing findings and making strategic recommendations in an effort to best optimize sales performances. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Roles & Responsibilities:[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]Prepares the monthly/yearly budget as per distributor/brand pack/promoter[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Analyses sales data following up progressive sales and checking sales versus budget forecast measuring the Company performance.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Developing [/FONT][FONT=&quot]standardized tools, methodologies and business processes to help improving sales operational efficiency.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Collect sales records and trends and evaluates performance measured against sales quotas.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Analyzes sales and performance records, interprets results of overall sales, and makes appropriate recommendations.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Ensure an effective team performance by training, monitoring and evaluating their performance.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Assists/Represents the Sales management team with presentations and or reports as required. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Skills & Qualifications:[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]University degree in Economics or related fields[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or sales operations[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain analysis and recommendations to all levels of the organization.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Good planning and reporting skills[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Effectively communicating with the field sales[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Multitasking ability[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Responsible and goal oriented[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Good knowledge of Italian and English [/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Proficiency with Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.[/FONT]
