Banka NBG Albania SH.A. is looking for Recruitment Training & Development Specialist who will be part of Human Resources Division. He or she should at least meet the following requirements:
General:
· Education: University Bachelor Degree, postgraduate studies on Human Resources will be considered advantage
· Working Experience: at least one year of experience
· Foreign Language: Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
· Additional traits: Good knowledge of Human Resources activities especially on recruiting and training. Very good computer skills (MS Office), ability to plan and organize everyday work effectively, flexibility, strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and employees.
