NOC Specialist
Duties
- Real time alarm monitoring and initiate troubleshooting process for all the GSM, Fix and IT Networks, System and equipment.
- Notify all related parts for all the faults via Phone, e-mail and Trouble ticket.
- Establishes crisis calls and calls in the appropriate staff and management when necessary.
- Provides a shift handover for the oncoming shift and managers.
Skills
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge communication skills
- Able and willing to work in team
- Ability to work under pressure and panic-free
Education
University Degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT
