Fixed Access Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling the Operations and Maintenance activities on Access Equipment of Fixed NGN Network ( ZTE MSANs, Huawei MSANs)
• Equipment's alarm monitoring, fault managing and troubleshooting to secure high availability of MSANs ‘s network
• Operation activities related to board and port configuration and provisioning
• MSAN commissioning and optimization
• Statistics and KPI monitoring & analyzing for preventive maintenance and performance Improvement
• Update resource management with MSAN's data
• Handling customers TTs on CRM and OTRS system
• Following and managing vendor's activities related to technical support agreement
Requirements of the position:
• Bachelor's degree in Telecoms, Electronics or similar
• 1-2 years of experience in telecommunication
• Good knowledge of ZTE and Huawei technologies
• Good knowledge of Fixed Wired Access Network, Voice and Data services
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS & Microsoft Office
• Goal achievement oriented and ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to work on own initiative and as a part of team.
• Willing and available to work overtime when needed or requested.
• Driving license
