The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.
Our client is a successful company operating in distribution industry.
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Executive Director.
General Summary: The Executive Director serves as chief executive of the company and, in partnership with the Board of Directors, is responsible for the success of the company. The goal is to harness the strong platform that exist at the company and grow both organically and through strategic acquisition. The CEO is accountable for driving toward a successful exit by making the best business decisions and recommendations with integrity, intelligence and financial acumen.
Details of function:
- Collaborates with the board to define and articulate the organizations vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision.
- Develops and monitor strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization
- Creates and maintains procedures for implementing plans approved by the board of directors
- Identifies problems and opportunities and addresses them; brings those which are appropriate to the Board and/or its committees; and, facilitates discussion and deliberation
- Informs the Board and its committees about trends, issues, problems and activities in order to facilitate policy-making. Recommends policy positions
- Provides general oversight of all company activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.
- Handles detailed, complex concepts and problems, balances multiple tasks simultaneously and makes rapid decisions regarding administrative issues
- Facilitates the integration of company by using effective marketing and communications activities
- Assures a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff
- Demonstrates commitment to continued professional growth and development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree ( Economic Science is preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in related positions
- Costumer focused and goal driven
- Demonstrated experience in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management
- Leadership skills
