The purpose of this position is the planning core and access network including: Radio Network Planning, MSAN Planning, Mobile Core Planning, and Fix Core Planning. Evaluating new technologies and techniques in Core and Access Network manage and plan every single activity to improve Network Quality, Coverage and Performance for GSM, EGPRS, and WCDMA systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the Planning and Optimization of the Core and Access Network
• Short, medium and long term planning for network optimization and development
• Providing general optimization tasks
• Network optimization studies
• Periodic cooperation with maintainance teams
• Final report on optimization areas
• Suggest network performance improvements and optimization tasks
• Plan new sites according to optimization and sales requests
• Manage asset planning
• Give mapping directives regarding coverage etc.
• Plan new MSAN installations according to sales requests

Requirements of the position:

• University degree in Telecommunication Engineering or similar
• At least 4 years of related experience
• Very Good managerial skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• Familiar with MapInfo, TEMS etc.
• Good knowledge of related Huawei and ZTE technologies
• Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Very good command of English language.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
