Administrative Assistant

Job summary
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the initial, on-premise greeter at EYsite, providing information services and direction to employees, customers and guests.

Responsibilities

· Serve asthe initial point of contact for routing internal and external calls at EYsite.

· PersonalAssistant of the Country Managing Partner

· Respond tocalls over the firm’s telephone network, while projecting a courteous andpatient image. Respond to inquiries with skill and politeness.

· Understand emergency procedures, and act as an extension of daytime security and propertycontrol.

· Handle incoming package deliveries, maintain maintenance requests logs,

· Operate within established procedures and standards

· Provide support, coordination and organization of various office events

· Translation of documents from English to Albanian and vice versa

· Assist in other administrative tasks upon request.



Experience

1-2 years of work experience in the relevant field


Knowledge and skills requirements

· Bachelor degree in English language (or other relevant field but with excellent command in English language)

· Excellent computer skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels

· Dependability,business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive, professional attitude

· Strong workethic. Ability to recognize when a job needs to be done, and to do it successfully

· Sound judgment and initiative, to determine the appropriate approach for non-routine situations

· Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details, and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision
