Essential Job Requirements:
As a Chef de Partie you are responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
[FONT="]• [/FONT]Creates culinary experiences with the finest ingredients, considering the seasonal availability of products. Maintains open lines of communication with senior chefs to enhance quality.
[FONT="]• [/FONT]Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Cuisine following instructions and recommendations. Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
[FONT="]• [/FONT]Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
[FONT="]• [/FONT]Controls incoming goods and stores it in perfect conditions. Control food stock and food cost in his section
• Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel. Maintains sanitation procedures (HACCP)
[FONT="]• [/FONT]Actively take part in set up of buffets and special functions
• Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded
[FONT="]• [/FONT]Being a team player, assisting other team members when necessary
[FONT="]• [/FONT]Coordinate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
[FONT="]• [/FONT]Good English and Albanian verbal and written
