[FONT=&quot]Job purpose[/FONT][FONT=&quot]: Implementation of permanent control system in order to help manage the Credit Agricole Bank’s development. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Direct Reports to[/FONT][FONT=&quot]: [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Head of Risk Management and Permanent Control Division[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot] Main Responsibilities:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Operational Risk Activity[/FONT][FONT=&quot]: [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Implement and Monitor the Operational Risk Management Policy as follow :[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Organizes “Operational Risk Management” training for the new entry staff.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ensures that the Operational Risk Events reporting is in accordance with CAA’s Operational Risk Reporting Policy. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Collects and assess the reported Operational Risk Events data and communicates within respective Business Owner trying to implement an insurance risk transfer mechanism related. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Prepares in quarterly basis the Loss Collection and Cost of Risk reports for Group consolidation purposes.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Presents to the Internal Control Committee the Operational Risk Events typology and respective Net Operational Loss within the aim to undertake measures for the Operational Risk Management in the identified defective areas.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Performs the Operational Risk -2.2c indicators control reporting them on SCOPE (Permanent Control tool) and undertakes Action Plans where the control status results in Red or Orange. Also follows up the initiated Action Plans in order to mitigate the identified risks in the defective areas.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Calculates and Reports the Operational Risk Capital charge using the Standardized Approach.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ad hoc support given to the Business Line Managers in managing the Operational Risk Issues identified in the respective areas through procedure review or insurance risk transfer mechanism implementation.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Elaborates monthly Operational Risk Statistics for internal purposes[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Permanent Control Activity[/FONT][FONT=&quot] :[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Implements the Group Wide Permanent Control Framework:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Supports the Business Lines Managers in populating the ARCIMEDES tool, while identifying the most risky processes and the respective controls of 1.1, 2.1 and 2.2 level. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Coordinates with the CAA –Controllers for the establishment of 2.2c applicable controls under the local Permanent Control function.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Development of the local applicable -2.2c controls in SCOPE (permanent control tool).[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Launching of CAA’s Permanent Control reporting campaign and the consolidation of the 2.2c control results. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ensures the consistency with the permanent controls methodology in the Financial –Accounting areas, Compliance & Operational Risk areas, OES areas , Credit Risk and ISS & BCP areas while consulting the respective audit trials and validates the controls results / status. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Fully in charge for Accounting Controls.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Notification of the CAA – Controllers for the preparation of the Action Plans for the controls which status resulted in “Red or Orange”. Cooperates in the Action Plans definition line and their reporting on SCOPE.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot] Ensures that the Action Plans deadlines are fulfilled. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Presents to the Internal Control Committee the Permanent Control Activity results and the Action Plans undertaken for the gaps identified mitigation purposes. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Coordinates and follows up the status of Security Control and BCP-project ongoing actually covered outside of risk. [/FONT]


[FONT=&quot]The ideal Candidates should have[/FONT][FONT=&quot]:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Knowledge on the functioning and operational framework of the all bank areas and activities.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Knowledge on the functioning of Finance and Accounting area including treasury activity. .
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Knowledge on Bank of Albania regulations regarding operational risk & controls.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Knowledge on Basel II / Operational risk and capital charges.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Knowledge on control functions framework.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Being able to thoroughly understand the actual operational processes and provide suggestions on using alternative manners in order to increase the efficiency and minimize possible operational risk.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Advanced Microsoft Excel skills which include the extensive use of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, Subtotals calculations, usage of advanced functions, and integration with other Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Access.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Knowledge on the usage of Core Banking System (knowledge of FlexCube is considered an advantage).
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]To have operational logic, be practical and careful
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Very good communication and interpersonal skills
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Teamwork & leadership spirit
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Capability and willingness to take responsibilities

[FONT=&quot]Criteria to be fulfilled:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]University Degree, preferably economic sciences.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Master degree is preferable in any of the areas related.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Long Experience in Operational Risk or Control / Audit areas.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Managerial experience.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]English proficiency.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Communication skills and team work capability.
