Campaign and Media Buying Department Manager

Purpose of position:

Campaign and Media Buying Department will be in charge of insuring that the product and /or brand campaign is at the required level. Define the strategic direction of each campaign. Communicates with the agencies for the creativity and the strategic direction as well as the production and post production work. Defines the communication channels and works with other teams to insure that the message is unified throughout all channels. Control and efficiency in using the rights channels effectively and also securing that the budget figures are met through the reporting on the effectiveness of each channel.

Main Responsibilities:

· Manages all campaign-related operations within the general campaign function, ensuring the achievement of organizational campaign goals, smooth operations, and exceptional relationships with community constituents
· Assists with budget preparation and monitoring for all campaign-related activities, ensuring appropriate tracking and financial efficiencies
· Implements specific strategic plans, and monitor progress of all operations against plan targets. Produces weekly reports demonstrating effectiveness of all campaign activities. Provides research and management reports as needed.
· Monitoring and optimization of campaigns.Weekly and monthly reporting of campaign performance.Initiate and assist with the implementation of campaign optimization tools and technologies.
· Source, buy and manage new media publishers with available advertising inventory to engage with target customer segments in the market.
· Create and manage a campaign calendar/ media schedule of incoming campaign requests, including preparation of campaign briefs
· Monitors the Media Buying Agency performance by checking main KPIs performance on a monthly basis
· Checks media monitoring to ensure advertising correct placement and aritime usage as per to preagreed contract terms
· Manages all related contracts with third parties
· Manages Creative agencies' work and ensures the best quality of the company's image throughout all marketing campaigns


Requirements of the position:

· A bachelor’s degree in marketing, management
· At least 3 years of experience in telecommunication & Advertising
· Very Good knowledge of English language
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
· Ability to coordinate and plan ahead
· Result oriented
· Very good communication skills
· Available to work overtime
