Our client is a successful company operating in distribution industry.
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Regional Sales Manager (South Albania).
General Summary: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling products by maintaining and expanding customer base.
Details of function:
- Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of customer interaction
- Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information
- Identify trend that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
- Create strong relationships with key customers to ensure a perception of strong customer focus and responsiveness to drive customer satisfaction to the highest level
Requirements:
- University degree (Economic Studies is preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in related positions (is preferred in the South Region)
- Excellent Level of English Language is a must
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
- Problem solving and analytic skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A valid driver’s license
- Resident in Tirana, Albania
